Jet\UI_button_create

It directly extends Jet\UI_button and represents a generic button for creating (anything).

The goal is a consistent UI. This means that all buttons of a certain function should have the same color and the same icon (and possibly the same text, but this is not dogma). Therefore, it is not necessary or appropriate to set the appearance class and icon for such buttons. However, everything else can of course be set.
